It’s not how much you make (income) but how much you keep (profit) that makes the difference in business.

This program is designed for start ups and existing businesses who want to maximize those profits. We’ll talk about business planning, but with a bit of a twist. We’ll also explore ways to make sure you get the help you need at the level you need and for the value you need. Then we’ll get more in depth on a finance management system that you can understand.

We start by talking about your vision and your dream. The “Why?” of your business idea. Then how to plan for that vision.

Next we’ll discuss all of the requirements of a business, from bank accounts to insurance, from legal advice to accounting, and even more. How much time should you devote to doing these yourself? How do you decide who to choose for these needs? And how much should you spend?

And then we’ll talk about keeping control of your business. How do you understand your business’s success? Really understand it, not just recite numbers. Bank balance accounting allows you to control your finances without a lot of accounting mumbo-jumbo.

By the time you leave you will have a basic understanding of things you may have missed in the excitement of starting up, or just forgotten in the details of growing.

Profit is the ultimate reason for business, and this program helps you find ways to get more.

Check-in starts at 1:00 pm and the program will begin at 1:15 pm.
